14. Import a new picture at new layer
15. Use 'QUICK SELECTION TOOL' to select the part of ARROW
16. After selected use 'CLT C' to cut and 'CLT V' to paste the ARROW to another layer
17. Delete the picture that place in at 14.
18. Select the ARROW layer, go top of photoshop choose 'EDIT' - 'TRANSFORM' - 'ROTATE' or 'CLT T'. This part is want to adjust the arrow to suit with the people.
